Create my Support Plan is free to use for everyone. You must register with a valid email address to access the support planning tool and leave ratings and reviews on Find a Service. You may only have one account per email address.

Create my Support Plan (“Website”) is owned and operated by WECIL Ltd a charity registered in England and Wales with its Registered Office at WECIL Ltd, Link House, Britton Gardens, Kingswood, Bristol, BS15 1TF (charity number 1053515).
If you do not agree to our Website Terms and Conditions you will not be permitted to access or use our Website.
A) Authorised Use
You may only use this Website:
• for your own personal, non-commercial use only (which will at all times be reasonable and not abusive)
• to obtain information on, check the suitability and availability of products and services listed in our directory;
• for the intended purpose of Create my Support Plan, that is to create a personal support plan for you or a third party with their consent and the features it includes.
